By accessing or using Zetlis (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Zetlis is an AI-powered SaaS platform for marketplace listing automation. It analyzes product photos and generates titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, and pricing suggestions for online marketplaces including eBay. The Service is operated at zetlis.com.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior written notice to subscribers.
• Extra listing packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the period ends.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws or regulations.

• Abuse or overload our API or infrastructure in a way that impairs service for others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Create fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited marketplace listings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetlis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
