Before you can publish listings with Zetlis on eBay.com, you need to set up Business Policies in your eBay account. This is a one-time setup — once done, Zetlis handles everything automatically.

  1. 1Go to eBay.com and sign in to your account
  2. 2Click your name in the top-right corner to open the account menu
  3. 3Select "My eBay" from the dropdown
  4. 4In the left sidebar, scroll down and click "Account"
  5. 5Click "Business Policies" from the sub-menu
  6. 6If you don't see it: go to Seller Hub (sellerHub.ebay.com) → Listings → Business Policies
