Make sure you have an active eBay seller account. If you don't have one, create it at ebay.com.
eBay requires all sellers to use Managed Payments. You need to link a verified bank account to receive payouts. This is mandatory to publish listings via the API.
Every listing published via the API requires a fulfillment (shipping) policy. You must create at least one before connecting to Zetlis.
A return policy is required by eBay for all listings published via the API. The most common is a 30-day return policy.
